Michele Morrissett, President of FoureSquare LLC of Troy, Michigan is an independent associate specializing in the unique Metamarketing® application process of the DOE technique for marketing and advertising.
Since she was a child, Michele has asked anyone who will listen, “why?”  Why do we have to do things this way? Can’t we try something different? After many years of learning and asking “why?” , she chose to follow her heart and start her own company.
Ms. Morrissett’s 20 years of experience in both domestic and international marketing, customer service and sales honed her ability to see the unique and diverse needs in our global economy.  She has implemented many innovative processes and projects that leverage brand similarities, while respecting the need for personalization.  Her proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and continually finding efficiencies by reducing complexity makes her very effective in root cause diagnosis of a problem and applying the most effective solution.
As part of FoureSquare’s on-going evolution, the new marketing response optimization technique called Metamarketing® was developed.  The mathematically based process provides business owners with statistical trends of influence for their specific markets. Metamarketing® allows businesses to affordably test multiple designs of selected offers and delivery types to determine the optimal way of achieving greater customer response with the greatest R.O.I.    Marketing tools that can be tested include but are not limited to; direct mail, e-mail, newspaper, radio, web site and point of purchase materials.

“Find your passion and pursue it, always be true to yourself, don’t compromise your integrity or quality and stay focused.”

Those are the tenants that FoureSquare was founded on to provide stellar customer service and solutions that meet business needs in today’s evolving global economy.
Ms. Morrissett is a graduate of Michigan Technological University with a BA in Marketing and has attended the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University for specialty Marketing courses.

Our Primary Training Specialization:
Nutek offers 4-day seminar with hands-on application workshop intended for practicing engineers & scientists, in the use of the Taguchi Experimental Design Technique. The first part of the seminar is dedicated to teaching application techniques through actual case studies. The focus is on the "method" rather than the "math". Practical application steps, including brainstorming, are discussed in detail. The third day is dedicated to the mathematical basis and the application steps. The methods for achieving experiment layout, calculations, main effect, interaction study, ANOVA and factor influences using the
Qualitek-4 software are also discussed. Attendees are able to apply the method immediately after completing the seminar.

Our training seminars on Design of Experiments (DOE) using the Taguchi approach, provide an immediate working knowledge of quality building techniques. Always application-oriented, our teaching is aimed at helping your engineering, manufacturing and production specialists implement quality improvement plans from day one.

Our user-friendly Qualitek-4 software automates Taguchi experiment layout and performs complex calculations in matter of seconds. It also analyzes results, and makes recommendations for product and process design improvements.

Our consulting services offer immediate solutions to difficult and persistent problems. We work with your project teams to plan experiments, analyze results, and make recommendations for improvements. Our comprehensive application consulting services support clients in the following three phases of the projects:
